Return Policy

If you have received items that you are not satisfied with, please email or text.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of order, except truck deliveries need to be reported to us the same day as receiving.

  • Customer Service must authorize refunds and returns in advance.

  • All products must be returned with original labels affixed.

  • Returns must include the name of the original purchaser.

  • All special truck delivery returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless we made a mistake.

  • Refunds will exclude shipping, return shipping, and 15% restocking fees.
