If you have received items that you are not satisfied with, please email or text.

Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of order, except truck deliveries need to be reported to us the same day as receiving.

Customer Service must authorize refunds and returns in advance.

All products must be returned with original labels affixed.

All special truck delivery returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless we made a mistake.

Refunds will exclude shipping, return shipping, and 15% restocking fees.
